30-DAY RETURNS: Shop with confidence. Every product in our collection can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

CONDITIONS: Items should be unused and in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, opened consumables (treats, supplements, and grooming sprays) can only be returned if they arrived damaged or defective.

HOW TO START A RETURN: Email concierge@allaboutpawz.com or call the salon with your order number. We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid return label for defective items, and return instructions for everything else.

REFUND TIMING: Once your return is received, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days. Your bank typically posts the credit within 5–10 business days after that.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS: If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us right away — we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping, no return trip required for damaged consumables.
