COMPLIMENTARY STANDARD SHIPPING: Every order ships free — no minimum. Standard delivery arrives in 5–7 business days.

PROCESSING: Orders placed before noon Central are packed the same business day; orders after noon ship the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Need it sooner? Contact the salon and we'll do everything we can to get your Pawz essentials to you faster.

PICKUP IN SALON: Skip shipping entirely — choose pickup at checkout and we'll have your order bagged and waiting at the front desk within one business day.

DELIVERY AREA: We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

ORDER ISSUES: If your tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, or your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
