Shipping, Taxes, and the Shipping Club

This page covers how shipping is priced, how sales tax is shown, where orders can be delivered, and how the Shipping Club returns the shipping portion of a price on consumable products.

Shipping is included in the price

Every product price already includes its shipping cost. The shipping portion is set when the price is set and varies with the item's weight; a heavy bag of food carries a larger shipping portion than a collar.

What this means for you

• The price on the product page is the whole price. No shipping charge is added at checkout, and the review step shows Standard shipping: FREE.
• FREE in this context means the shipping cost is already included in the price you paid, not that shipping costs nothing.
• Every buyer of the same item pays the same included shipping. There is no zone calculation and no carrier upgrade offered at checkout.

Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days.

The Shipping Club

The Shipping Club, described at /free-shipping, is a membership for buyers who order consumables regularly. While your membership is active, the shipping portion included in each eligible item's price is credited back to you, per unit, at checkout.

• Consumables only. The credit applies per unit to products classed as consumables: food, treats, supplements, flea and tick products, and litter. Beds, toys, and other durable products receive no credit, and their listed price applies to members and non-members alike.
• A minimum unit price applies. The credit never reduces a unit price below $0.50.
• The credit is automatic. No code and no setting is required. At checkout, your membership is checked against your account email and against the subscription record, and the credit is applied line by line.
• Bath Club members are already covered. Membership in the PAWfection Bath Club includes the same shipping benefit, so there is no need to hold both memberships.
• Price. $9.99 per month, or $99 per year. Joining, managing, and cancelling are covered in Shipping Club.

Salon pickup

Pickup in the salon is the second delivery method at checkout. You pay the listed price: the included shipping portion stays in the price and no pickup discount applies: and you collect the order at All About Pawz: Memphis Salon, 5515 Quince Rd, Memphis, TN 38119, Tuesday–Saturday 9am–6pm, Sunday 10am–4pm. Orders are prepared within one business day and the team calls you when yours is ready. Bring your email receipt.

Sales tax

Prices are shown tax-inclusive. At the review step, the tax portion of your total for your ZIP code is drawn out and shown as its own line, labeled "Sales tax (by ZIP, included in prices)." The line is informational: it shows the tax already inside your total and does not add to it. If the ZIP code cannot be resolved, the line does not appear.

In practice

• The total on the pay button is the total charged. There is no later "plus tax" step.
• The same bag costs the same total in a different state. The tax amount shown can differ; the total does not.
• Your receipt email states the tax portion separately for your records.

Where orders can be delivered

Checkout delivers to United States addresses only. The address collection at payment is restricted to the United States, and no international, APO, FPO, or DPO delivery is offered. If your address is outside the United States, checkout cannot be completed for delivery.

Price accuracy at checkout

Two rules protect the total you pay

1. A struck-through comparison price appears only when the product is marked on sale and the comparison price is higher than the current price.
2. The price stored in your bag is checked against the current price when your order is created. If the two differ, the current price applies, and you see it at the review step before you pay.
