This page covers where the rules that protect you are published, what cannot be sold in the shop, what a listing promises, and how to reach support when a guide does not resolve your question.
The Help Center
The Help Center at /docs holds guides organized by audience: shoppers, sellers, groomers, veterinarians, franchisees, and others. The articles in this section cover shopping. The Help Center covers the rest.
Policies
Every published policy is listed at /policies, with the full text of each policy on its own page. The index covers appointments, orders, cancellations, refunds, shipping, privacy, and terms.
Notice
Where a summary in a help article and the full policy text differ, the policy text governs. Read the full policy before making a decision that depends on it, such as returning an item or disputing a charge.
Frequently asked questions
/faq gives short answers to common questions about shopping and the salon, together with policy summaries. It is the fastest place to check before contacting support.
What cannot be sold here
The Prohibited and Restricted Products Policy governs what may be offered. In summary
- No weapons, ammunition, or explosives. No tobacco. No alcohol.
- Prescription pet medications are dispensed only by a licensed pharmacy on a valid prescription from a licensed veterinarian. See the Prescription Products Policy. Flea, tick, and pesticide products must carry an EPA registration number to be listed.
- Products under an active recall are not listed. See the Product Recall Policy.
- Counterfeit products are not permitted. Products subject to brand authorization require the seller to hold that authorization.
- Live animals are not sold through the shop checkout. See the Live Animal Policy. The shop sells pet products and pet services, such as grooming and veterinary consultations.
- Hazardous materials are shipped only as the dangerous goods rules permit, or not at all.
What a listing promises
- Accurate descriptions. A product must match its title, description, images, and identifiers. A product that materially differs from its listing is a policy violation with a defined remedy, not a risk the buyer carries.
- Complete pricing. The displayed price includes shipping, and the tax portion is shown at checkout. No fee is first revealed at the last step. A struck-through price requires a genuine higher comparison price.
- Reviews from customers. Ratings shown on product cards and product pages are the average of customer reviews for that product. See the User Content and Reviews Policy.
Protection when an order goes wrong
The Buyer Protection Program states when the Company refunds a buyer for an order that does not arrive, materially differs from its listing, or was charged without authorization, and how the Company recovers that amount. Account security and reports of fraud are governed by the Fraud and Abuse Policy and the Account Registration and Security Policy. Disputes that cannot be resolved with support are governed by the Dispute Resolution Policy.
Two facts about payment limit the risk directly: your card details are entered on Stripe's hosted page and never reach this site, and every recurring charge on the site: a subscription or a club membership: is offered as a choice with its amount and how to cancel stated before you commit.
This page summarizes the Buyer Protection Program, which governs.
Copyright notices
The page at /dmca sets out how to submit a copyright notice and a counter-notice to the Company's designated agent. Most shoppers never need it. Legal notices of this kind go to legal@aapawz.com. See the DMCA and Copyright Policy.
Gift cards
Gift cards are bought at /gift-cards in a preset or custom amount and delivered by email. A gift card can be redeemed for products and for grooming services. Because delivery is by email, there is no shipping wait. See Gift Cards and the Gift Card Terms, which governs.
Contacting support
When the guides do not resolve your question
- Check the Help Center at
/docsand the FAQ at/faqfirst. - For an order problem, have your order number ready. It is in your receipt email, and the order record is the first thing support opens.
- For a product problem: wrong item, damage, or a product that differs from its listing: include the product page address from your address bar, so support sees the same page you saw.
- For a pickup order, contacting the salon directly is fastest. The salon is at 5515 Quince Rd, Memphis, TN 38119, open Tuesday–Saturday 9am–6pm and Sunday 10am–4pm, and the team can see your order and tell you whether it is ready.
