Shipping Club

This page covers the Free Shipping Club: what the membership does, which products it applies to, what it costs, and how to join and cancel. The pricing model it works within: shipping included in every product price: is explained in Shipping, Taxes, and the Shipping Club.

The Shipping Club is a separate program from the PAWfection Bath Club (Joining the Bath Club), which is a grooming membership with different billing and different benefits.

How the benefit works

Shipping is included in every shop price, so there is no shipping charge to remove. Instead, while your membership is active, the shipping portion included in each eligible item's price is credited back at checkout. The credit is applied automatically: there is no code to enter and no setting to switch on. If the membership is active, the credit applies; if it has ended, it does not.

What it covers

The credit applies to consumables: food, treats, supplements, flea and tick products, and litter. It does not apply to beds, toys, and other durable products, which are bought at the listed price by members and non-members alike. For a buyer who orders consumables regularly, one membership is covered by roughly two orders. If you mostly buy beds and toys, this membership gives you nothing.

Price and joining

The membership costs $9.99 per month or $99 per year. Both prices are shown on the /free-shipping page. Join from that page

1. Sign in. An account is required; the membership cannot be taken out without one.
2. Choose monthly or annual billing and continue to Stripe checkout.
3. Pay on Stripe's hosted page. On success you are returned to the /free-shipping page.

If you are already a member, you are told so instead of being charged for a second membership. One membership per customer is permitted.

The billing terms

• This is a recurring charge that renews automatically, monthly or annually according to your choice, and is charged to your card through Stripe until you cancel.
• Cancel at any time from your customer portal. The benefit continues through the end of the period you have paid for: cancel mid-month and the credit still applies until the renewal date.
• No refunds for a part-used period.

Do not hold both memberships

PAWfection Bath Club members already receive free shipping as part of that membership. Joining the Shipping Club as well buys nothing further. If you have joined both by mistake, cancel the Shipping Club from your portal and message support about the overlap. See Buyer Protection and Support.

Problems

• Membership active, but no credit at checkout. Check that you are signed in with the same email address that holds the membership. The credit is attached to your account email. See Your Customer Portal.
• Cancelled, but the credit still applies. The benefit runs to the end of the paid period by design. It stops at the renewal date.
• Monthly or annual. The annual price is roughly two months less than paying monthly for a year. Choose according to how steadily you order consumables.
