This page covers how your wish list works, where it is stored, how prices on it are set, and how it differs from Buy Again.
Saving products
Select the heart on any product in the shop to save it to your wish list. Your list is at /customer/orders/wish-list. Each saved product shows its current price and image, with an Add to Bag button, in the same card form as Buy Again.
Notice
Your wish list is saved per device, in the same place the shop's heart buttons save to. Products you save on your phone do not appear on your laptop. This is how the list is stored, not a failure to update: if your list looks empty on a new device, check the device you saved the products on.
Prices are current prices
Each product on the list is checked against the current catalog when the page loads. Prices are current, not the price from when you saved the item. Each product is in one of three states
- In stock: price, image, Add to Bag, and a link to the product page.
- Out of stock: marked out of stock, with Add to Bag disabled.
- No longer in the shop: shown with a note that the product is no longer available in the shop, together with a remove control. Unavailable products are not silently removed from your list.
Removing a product
Select the X in the corner of a card to remove that product from your wish list. Removal takes effect immediately, with no confirmation step.
Warning
Removal cannot be undone from the list. To restore a product, find it in the shop and select the heart again.
Wish list and Buy Again
The two pages look alike and answer different questions
- Wish List: products you have saved and may never have bought. You build the list yourself, and it is held per device.
- Buy Again: products you have actually purchased, drawn from your order history and attached to your account.
Use the wish list for products you want to consider later, and Buy Again for restocking products you already buy.
