This page covers Pawz Perks: how points are earned, what they are worth, how they are spent, and how to check your balance and history at /customer/orders/perks.
This page summarizes the Loyalty Program Terms, which governs.
How the program works
You earn 1 point for each $1 of qualifying spend, and 100 points are worth $1 off at checkout. There are no tiers and no status levels. The balance shown is calculated from your full points history rather than held as a separate figure, so the balance is always the sum of the entries beneath it.
Membership is attached to a single account. Points are recorded on the member's account, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or converted to cash. Points are redeemed at checkout; they cannot be redeemed for a gift card or applied to a purchase already made.
How you earn points
Points are posted on completed activity, not at the point of booking or ordering
- Grooming visits: points post when the visit is completed. Booking a visit earns nothing until the visit takes place.
- Shop orders: points post when the order is paid and fulfilled.
- Bath Club payments: each membership payment and renewal earns points, including the first payment, which counts once Stripe confirms it.
Points are earned on the merchandise subtotal, net of returns, refunds, and chargebacks. If a product on which points were earned is returned, the points for that product are removed or are not posted. A chargeback on a purchase reverses the points for that purchase. Tax, shipping, and the purchase of a gift card do not earn points.
Your history
The history lists every points entry, newest first, with its source: Shop order, Grooming visit, Bath Club, Redeemed, or Adjustment. Earned points show as positive entries and redemptions as negative entries. If a balance ever looks wrong, work from the history: find the entry that is missing or unexpected, rather than disputing the total. If support corrects a balance, the correction appears in the history labeled Adjustment, with a note. No correction is made silently.
How you spend points
Points are spent at checkout, at 100 points for $1. The perks page shows your balance and its dollar value: stated as what it is worth on your next booking: so you know what you hold before you reach checkout. Redemption happens at checkout, not in the portal.
Notes
- One balance per account. Points sit on your sign-in email. Two email addresses mean two balances. See Order History for the same rule applied to orders.
- "No points yet" is a position, not an error. Your first completed groom or fulfilled order starts your points history.
- Expiry. Points expire as the Loyalty Program Terms and the program description on the perks page provide, and the page shows the expiry position for your points. If the program ever changes its expiry terms, the change is announced before it takes effect and is not applied to points already earned without that notice.
- Signed out, the perks page shows a sign-in card instead of a balance. Points are private to the account.
